EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR FACADE CONSULTANT

Unit Trust of Fiji (UTOF) is currently planning a commercial property development at Lot 13 McGregor Rd Suva.

 

Expression of Interest (EOI) is called for reputable Facade Consultants to provide technical assistance regarding the property development. All applications must be submitted with the following information.

1. Name of the Company

2. Current resources and workload

3. Past proven experience in similar projects

4. Professional Insurance Cover

5. Tax Compliance Certificate

6. FNPF Compliance Letter

7. FNU Compliance Letter

8. Indicative Percentage/$ Value Fees & Method of charging

 

Expression of Interest closes at 5:00 p.m. on August 31st, 2024.
