This ONLINE PORTAL is for NEW INVESTORS who wishes to register online and create an investment account with UTOF. The investors need to complete the form and provide the requirements as outlined herein. UTOF will verify the investor via online video call.

The investor guidelines and declaration are provided on page 31 of our Prospectus (click here to download a copy of our Prospectus) and your investment account will be created once the form and required documents are verified by our team. All requirements will need to be submitted electronically.

You shall commence the registration process once the required documents/information is on hand.
